Well here is it the 2008 best grill in the industry. I came back from the 2008 Hearth Barbecue, Patio association (HPBA) and I was impressed with a lot of many different grills. The show had many new items from Alfresco's out door room system, Kenyon's electric grill to Cal Flames efficient fireplace, but the most impressive grill was the Fire Magic new "Green Grill" it is the only green grill in the industry. When you need electricity to illuminate the food, use the motor for the rotisserie, and to start the grill it will all come from the Sun thru the solar panel on the right side of the grill. I have picked the Apollo grill from Fire Magic because you can cook 4 different ways Conventional, Rotisserie, Infrared, Convection, and Charcoal/Wood and it is still green.
